What's with the number 1?

I find this email and the circumstances surrounding it as amusing and telling. It may just be numbers, but admit it, this rarely happens. :)

Hi Everyone,

I’m pleased to say that at 1:11 AM of 1/11/2008 (as in promise! :)), the Development is 100% Complete – from scoping to coding to unit testing. Good to go for SIT. :) Incidentally, our 11^th and last TP worked like a charm. :)
