It's a Saturday and I'm in the Singapore GO to support our project's Cutover. Coincidentally, today is also my 1st year anniversary of working. How very... appropriate.
I'm not too sure how I feel. Hence, the title of this entry.
I feel sad. I feel drained. I feel tired. All this I am unsure if I can attribute to my work. Or to my attitude in life.
I have changed. In more ways that I can imagine. I don't feel the drive for excellence anymore. I feel unappreciated. I stay away from people who care. I am empty.
Yet, I am thankful. For one year's worth of work that I survived. For the angels that I met along the way. For the weekends of shopping, the lunches at Chocolate Kiss, and cozy business trip nights at the hotel. For the tons and tons of stuff that I have learned. I am very thankful.
I realize that God will never leave you empty. Because He will always be there to remind you how very, very blessed you are.
happy 1st! :) i know how you feel... i went through something similar months ago. ok lang yan :) just enjoy... don't worry/think too much... :) everything will fall into place.. mwah! miss yah!
